By purchasing or using any Cuberno Paid Hosting service you agree to everything on this page. Paid hosting runs on dedicated, owned infrastructure — never free-tier or promotional cloud credits.

Rent-to-Own Infrastructure
You purchase a Mini PC or Dedicated Server locally through Cuberno or approved suppliers. We install, configure, secure, and manage the hardware. The standard monthly hosting fee is €10/month, fixed regardless of hardware tier — servers with unusually high power draw may incur additional charges, always communicated in advance.

Infrastructure & Reliability

Unlike our free hosting tier, paid services never use free-trial cloud credits, promotional infrastructure, or shared free-tier resources. All paid plans run on infrastructure owned or directly managed by Cuberno, or through vetted enterprise partners.

User Responsibilities

Paid clients are responsible for the following at all times:

Backups are your responsibility
While Cuberno operates on stable dedicated infrastructure, we strongly recommend maintaining your own independent backups. Hardware failures and unforeseen events can occur on any infrastructure.

Acceptable Use Policy

Paid hosting resources must be used responsibly and legally. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination:

Illegal content or activities
Malware distribution
DDoS attacks or network abuse
Phishing or scams
Unauthorized cryptomining
Hosting malicious software
Spam services
Resource overuse / exploitation
Datacenter policy violations
Unauthorized reselling

Violations may result in suspension, service termination, data removal, and permanent bans without refund depending on severity. Cuberno reserves the right to act immediately without prior notice when abuse is detected.

Payments & Refunds

All paid services require timely payment to remain active. The following payment and refund policies apply:

Chargebacks & payment disputes
Opening a fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback will result in the immediate termination of all services associated with your account. If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we are happy to help.

Service Availability

Cuberno strives to provide stable, reliable, and high-availability infrastructure for all paid clients. Paid hosting is significantly more stable than our free tier and operates on dedicated resources.

What to expect
While we target maximum uptime, occasional maintenance windows, hardware failures, or upstream provider issues may still occur. Uptime is not formally guaranteed unless stated in a separately signed SLA agreement. Emergency maintenance may happen without prior notice.

Data & Liability

Cuberno provides infrastructure, tools, and support. However, clients remain solely responsible for their hosted content, software, and data management. Cuberno is not liable for:

We strongly encourage all clients to maintain independent, up-to-date backups regardless of plan tier.

Agreement

By purchasing or using any paid service from Cuberno, you acknowledge and agree to all of the following:

By continuing, you confirm:
  • Paid hosting operates on dedicated infrastructure — never free-tier or trial resources
  • You are responsible for securing your account and maintaining your own backups
  • Services must be paid on time; non-payment may result in suspension or deletion
  • Prohibited activities will result in immediate termination without refund
  • Cuberno is not liable for data loss, user errors, or upstream provider issues
  • Rent-to-Own hardware and custom infrastructure setups are non-refundable once deployed
